At Firearm Training, Inc., we are dedicated to providing top-tier training while respecting the time and effort of our instructors and participants. To ensure fairness and efficient scheduling, the following cancellation policy applies:
- 48-Hour Notice Requirement:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class time. - Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled class will result in a late cancellation fee of $50 to cover preparation and administrative costs. - No-Show Policy:
Failure to attend a class without prior notice will result in no refund of the class fee. - Rescheduling Policy:
Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the class start time will be treated as a late cancellation and may incur the associated fee. - Emergency Exceptions:
We understand that unforeseen emergencies can arise. If you are unable to attend due to an emergency, please contact us immediately at (310) 967-9829. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. - Payment Timing:
Payment for the class is due on the day of the scheduled session unless other arrangements are made in advance.
